Video Demo Not Playing?

I created a project that has PowerPoint slides and slides with video demos.  When I preview the project everything works and plays fine, when I publish the project to a SWF file, the slides with the video demos don't play, the spinning wheel displays on the screen until the time duration of the video demo plays and then it proceeds to the next slide.  I am using Captivate 8. Help!?

    I'm having the same problem!  I'm using Cp 8.  I used the Video Demo button to record my screen.  When I publish this, I get the spinning wheel until the video has ended, and then it proceeds to the next slide.

    (I'm not using PPT slides, I'm using software simulations and video demos.)

    I have other slides that use a video demo for 3-4 seconds and they work perfectly.  This particular video demo that is giving me trouble is 27 seconds and I added music to the slide.

    Does anyone know why this occurs and what we can do to fix it?
