Video Demo trim issue 2019

Hi

I am having issues with trimming video demos in Captivate 2019

When I trim a section of a video, it has a knock on effect to the content that plays afterwards

Example: The mouse movement is extremely slow/sticks and is out of time. Can anyone please advise of a way around this?

Can you specify which version number you use exactly. There are three versions of CP2019:

11.0.1.266

11.5.0.476

11.5.1.499

You talk about mouse: did you edit the mouse paths? You have to switch to mouse mode to do so.

Where is the option to edit the mouse path in a video demo?

You are on the very first release. Meanwhile there have been three free updates:

t1.0.1.266 which solved some bugs, if I remember well also for Video Demo
11.5.0.1.276 which introduced lot of new features but not compatible with 11.0.1.
11.5.1.299 which is a bug patch to the previous one.
