video demonstration audio narration

Hello

I am planning to do some Video Demonstration recordings, edit crop trim zoom pan etc those in the CPVC file, and then import them into a CPTX file so I can have suitable introductions and exits on other slides. The question is regarding any voice-over or narration work, especially using the text-to-speech capabilities.  Is it recommended (perhaps even required?) to do this in the outer CPTX file or would it make sense to add it directly to the CPVC file before import?  It should go without saying there will be edits and changes to the language once people will review. Where is the best place to make updates?

Thanks for experienced guidance on this.

I have determined the only reliable place to manage T2S audio narration is in the parent CPTX file, not in the embedded CPVC file.

Howevver, I have found that if I EXPORT the Audio for the slide to an MP3, then IMPORT it as background to the CPVC file during edit, I can better establish synchonization between the two. Once I am ready to return to the CPTX file I remove the background audio from the CPVC video clip..
