Video disappears when clicking between slides (Captivate 2017)

When I click between slides on the published Captivate project (published to HTML5), videos are disappearing. When I hit refresh they reappear, but I would not expect all users to know this when accessing the content. There is a video on every slide - 13 in total.

Is there any way to ensure that content reloads in a page without having to hit F5? Is this a known issue?

My Captivate version is 10.0.0.192.
