Video Export Skipping on 2nd slide

The two videos below show the error I'm getting. The first slide plays fine, the 2nd slide skips about 2 seconds. The remainder of the video is fine.

My export settings are below as well. I've never had this problem before using the same settings. This just started happening this week.

Release is 11.5.5.553 2019 - just updated the software and that didn't fix the issue.

Any help is appreciated!

Just realized the obvious workaround - put two blank slides at the beginning of the project, published again, then edited the final video. That worked. The glitch is still present however.
