Video Express 11.0 (64) won't start up

First off, Adobe Presenter works fine with Powerpoint.  However, Video Express does not open.  The process shows up in task manager  for a few seconds.  The splash screen does not show fully, just an outline of it before it disappears and no trace of the application executing.

It does the same thing if I run it in diagnostics mode.

I checked the debug.log file and it logs the following every time I try to run it.

"[1113/123252:ERROR:proxy_service_factory.cc(105)] Cannot use V8 Proxy resolver in single process mode."

I did not find much online about this error that could help me figure out this problem.

I did try uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not change the behavior.

I did have a version of the

Adobe Presenter Video Express 2017 (64 bit)

Running as my company purchased the wrong package.

That ran fine.  Ever since I installed that and uninstalled it, the Video Express that comes with Presenter 11 does not run.

Does anyone have any clues on how to fix this?

Try using the Creative Cloud Cleaner to remove APVE 2017 and the version that comes with Presenter 11. Then reinstall Presenter 11 and see if that helps.
