Video Express Launched from Presenter Error

When I try to launch Video Express from Presenter, I get the following error:

Sorry for the delay in responding.

Does Video Express launch fine from the Start Menu?

Can you also send us a diagnostic log? You will need to launch 'Troubleshoot Presenter Video Express' from the Start Menu, and then close the app. It will prompt you to email us the logs. Please email it to us and we will have a look at it asap.
