I have made a trainining project which contains 65 ppt slides and has 5 minutes long. When I publish it, it produces a SWF file with 1.6M and a MP4 file with 67M, the video file is in XGA format. I think it's too large to use, how can I make it smaller, the desired size is less than 10M. Thanks.

Make it a lot smaller (resolution), choose lower settings for video and for audio. XGA will never result in such a low file size, sorry.

Which format do you want? For training you normally point to interactivity included which would mean Publish either to SWF or to HTML5. MP4 is a pure video, no interactivity.

Yes, I know the interactivity is perfect, but I still need pure video file. There are many video web sites on the internet, I want to advertise my product as much way as I could.
