Video in responsible SCORM module doesn't open in an extra window/fullsize mode (Android) - iOS works perfectly

Hi,

I created a SCORM 4 module for our LMS ILIAS (open source). In the module are several videos included.

When I use my iPhone to play the SCORM module everything works fine. A click on a video opens it in a new window and I can watch it in fullsize mode. 

When I use a Samsung with Android the video starts but it is not possible to play it in fullscreen mode - the button in the playbar of the video doesn't work.

If I publish the learning module without SCORM (> normal HTML) Android and iOS videos work fine and are opened in fullscreen mode.

Who has an idea?
