Video in Video question

I want to produce an interactive video to perform a specific task. It must be video in video, the main viewing screen being a wide-angle shot the small in video a close-up. They must run in sync and be able to be switched if wanted by the viewer so they can view the closeup on the main screen and wide-angle on the small in video screen and still remain in sync. I use Premiere Pro and wondered what else I need?…. Captivate?

Are you wanting to keep the video in video the same and allow them to change the focus from the small to large video and simply switch the audio back and forth or do more than that?

Both videos need to continue playing in sync?
