Video issue with Captivate 9

Course is created in captivate 9. When the course published for LMS -Scorm 1.2 (html/swf), embedded mp4 videos won't play, the video screen just stays blank. Videos work while previewing the course in scorm cloud. Please help.

    Since it is functioning in SCORM Cloud, the problem is very likely with the LMS, not with Captivate. Can you contact the LMS-technicians? Is the used video format supported?
