Video Loading...

Since we converted all courses to "HTML only" (no swf), we have a problem with certain videos that start playing and then get a gray overcast with the word "Loading..." very small in the center of the screen. The videos worked fine when they were SWF. This has made several courses fail to our thousands of users taking the courses. I could use help with this problem. I have the latest update to Captivate.

    So this is "justme456." We started doing some testing. We think it may be a setting with our ping authentication. Testing continues.

    HTML is lot slower to load than SWF used (which had the very powerful FLV format for videos, oppposed to the less capable MP4 to use now). Keep videos as small as possible. Like audio they have to load On Enter of the slide. Leaving a small gap before the video timeline (if it is slide video) may help.
