Video Looping Issue when creating app from zip file

I am making an iOS app project that includes several videos to play inline. The workflow I'm required to abide by is: create full project (~200 sildes), export as zip file, send to conversion team with Apple license to create the .ipa file, download and test on my iPad.

After all this, the videos do not loop in the app form, even when the option is selected. I have tried nearly every combination of settings under the Timing section to get the videos to loop. Everything performs fine when previewing the project in html5 - but not in the app after the whole conversion process.

I also spoke with the conversion team and was told that the issue is with how Captivate is importing the video file into the project.
