Video not playing in responsive project on iPad Captivate 2019

Having issues with an embedded mp4 file playing in a resposnive project on ipads. The file plays with no issue on android devices. Has anyone else had this probelm and how do you fix it?

    Please update to 11.5.5! There were issues with the first version of 11.5.1 concerning video playing.

    Did you insert the video as event video, since that is the only type possible in a fluid box.
