Video not playing on mini iPad

I am trying to get a video (distributed across multiple slides) to play on a mini iPad.  The tablet is updated to current OS. Video is uploaded through company LMS and plays on other hardware and browsers. 'Slide' is displayed but does not play video, you can scrub with play bar, but only shows like a screenshot. Any help at all is greatly appreciate.  I did read maybe not selecting the 'Scalable HTML content' for Publishing might help, but it does not.  This is not an Auto play button problem.

There are articles similar to this on WEB, but really old postings.  Can anyone advise?  PLZ!!!

    You are not using the most recent version which is 11.0.1.266. Cannot test on mini iPad, sorry.

      Thank you Lilybiri!  I upgraded my CP version and the video content is now playing on the mini iPad through the LMS.  Since I distributed it across multiple slides to enhance play and enable 'bookmarking' with ease, the video 'flickers' at each slide throughout the fiimstrip.  Do you have any suggestions how to stop the glitch?

      Good news! Thanks for the feedback.

      My suggestion? Why not use the interactive video feature, which is new in Captivate. You have bookmarks at your finger tips, no need to distribute over multiple slides. Have a look at an example of such an interactive video:
