Video not working on Chrome, published in HTML5

I am publishing a cptx file that has a video on a certain page. There's a button to click and start the video. I ticked project backgound using my own template.

It works fine if published in swf for all the browsers (IE, FireFox, Chrome), but if published in HTML5, it doesn't work for Chrome, the button is clickable but not displayed, and the video plays with the voice but it's not viewable.

I have tried this but no luck : Update on Captivate HTML 5 content playback issue in Google Chrome Browser. «  Rapid eLearning | Adobe Captivate Blog

Anyone share the same issue? Looking for your kind help.

Hi Sunny,

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?  I am having similar issues know using Captivate 7...my videos were playing just fine in my LMS and now they are not. They are short event videos that appear at random points on a few slides and they are playing but very choppy.

Thank you!
