video problem

I usually use Adobe Captivate to embed training videos but without download option. Some time ago I consulted in this forum the problems that students had when loading these videos. The option they gave me was to hire a video streaming service. However, I have been thinking that if Adobe captivate offers the option to reduce the quality of the video to the students, they can solve this problem themselves so that it loads faster. Can you tell me if it is possible to configure the option to choose the quality at which you want to reproduce the video? (as on Youtube)

The Captivate packages includes the Adobe Media Encoder. That is an excellent tool to convert existing videos to whatever quality you want. There are some choices in Captivate, but really AME is way better for that purpose.
