Hi

How do I or what do I use to make a flv file.  I converted a WMV to flash (swf ) but cant insert it on a slide with video controls (pause play) Its just a screen.  Is there a way of inserting a flash file (swf)  and using the video controls. If not how do i create a flv from wmv or flash.
