VIDEO RECORDER et ADOBE PRESENTER VIDEO EXPRESS DON'T LAUNCH

Hi everybody,

I've just installed adobe presenter 11.0 with an licence buyed by my university.

I can't launch Adobe presenter video express 64 bit (i have win8.1 pro 64 bit), When I click on the windows menu link, nothing starts, no window.

I have office PPT2013 and PPT2016, i tried both, the icon recorder video launch only the ppt in fullscreen and nothing differently before the installation of presenter 11.0, no specific menu !

Could you help me ?
