Video skipped Quiz section

We have captivate elarning courses (Captivate 9) including content and Quiz ( we have total 9 Question).

When i publish my course in video output as MP4 format. (In captiavte 9 we got output by default as MP4 format)

After publishing Video when i play that video all going play correctly but not showing Quiz section in this video, it's skipped after all content playing correctly.

Please suggest me, is it possible to show my 9 question slides in Video? so user can understand which questions have in this courses.

Thanks for noticing me that but i am not new in eLearning field

Actually i know quiz will not playing in Video format (I know also If we need question slides show in video then what need to do ) but for whom (My client) i work, he ask me is it possible to show quiz in video and user can submit him correct or incorrect answer in video format, so i am trying to find solution if any possibility.

It is simply impossible as you should know if you are in eLearning since a while. Once you want to have answers to be submitted you need HTML output.

    We have already send HTML publish build to client.

    As he want publish MP4 output with question. so i am just worrying if is it possible and not.

    You are probably new to eLearning?

    MP4 is a video format, which is by definition PASSIVE. There is no way to embed interactivity like quizzes in a passive output format at all. If you want a quiz, or any other interiactivity (like clicking, entering text, branching to different parts) you need to publish to HTML (or SWF which is no longer recommended) and upload the published folder to a webserver or a LMS.
