Video start autoplaying while editing slide and crashes the CPCefhelper.exe

Has anyone had the following issue?

I have embedded a web object to stream a video from Vimeo. Everytime I get to the slide, and in some cases the slide before the slide with the embedded video link, captivate starts to autoplay the video object.  About 2 seconds into it the CPCefhelper.exe file crashes and asks if I want to close the program or report it and close the program. I am still able to work in captivate and my slide seems to publish ok when previewing. I will need to check once uploaded to the test lms system.

I have updated adobe 9 to the latest release of 9.0.1.320.

I have tried recreating the slide and changing from embedded to popout video in new browser window. Is this a known issue or is there something I may need to disable?
