video updating in Captivate 5

Question

In Captivate 5, I have updated a previously successful
course but am now getting an error message "the flash video can not be
loaded. The output may not be proper" when I try to publish
it. I have no updates, and the video is in the same place as before on my
hard drive - I have selected progressive download, the updating I did was
nothing to do with the video file so am a little perplexed! Any ideas?

I haven't used Cap 5 in a long time, Ian, but I do remember it being pretty solid. Have you tried replacing the video with another one and then publishing?

If you can publish without an error, the problem may be with the video itself.
If you can't publish without an error, your project might be at fault.

That should help pin down where the issue may lie.
