Getting an error when I attempt to upload a .MOV file from my local drive. Any idea? I'm thinking this is on our IT end.

You have to convert the video to MP4. You can use the Adobe Media Encoder, which is included with Captivate, to have the correct H264 codec.

Are you using Adobe Captivate? This question sounds like you may be using something like After Effects or Premiere Pro. If so, you are in the wrong place and we need to move your thread to a different forum more suitable for the question.

Yes, I am using Adobe Captivate. New, blank project > Media > Video, upload from my computer. When I double click the file, I get this error.
