Video Widget Unsupported - Captivate 9

I have a project with a bunch of videos. For best compatibility with low-bandwidth users, I used the YouTube video widget so the vids are hosted by someone else.

They worked great. Except when I closed the project and came back: Every single video widget was listed as UNSUPPORTED in the HTML5 Tracker.

I had to delete and re-create every single one of those video widgets. Not a happy user.

Anyone have this happen to them, and have better solution? Adobe, are you listening? This is a BAD bug.

    Your cited version of Captivate 9 is now currently at least two updates behind.  I suggest you update it to 9.0.2 as soon as possible and make sure all your Learning Interactions are updated as well at the same time, otherwise you could be headed for more pain.

    There have been recent threads on this forum about videos suddenly ceasing to work in Learning Interactions due to YouTube and Vimeo finally turning off support for the Flash video API (something they gave warning about over 18 months ago).  Those threads suggested alternate methods of delivering videos.
