Video with quiz

Hi all, I'm new to adobe captivate. I want to make a video but with quizzes in it. Which means that when I'm playing a video, it will stop at a certain time and a quiz will pop out. I've tried one myself however, it is not working. May I know if there is any sample video with quiz for me to download and test or is there any tutorial for me that teaches me how to do a video with a quiz? Thank you

Videos are not interactive. You would need to have videos on separate Cp slides to the quiz questions or interactive slides. You cannot publish the final result to a video format (e.g. FLV or F4V) without losing all interactivity.

This means I cannot join the video and the quiz together? I would need to do something like quiz/Video/quiz/video all on different slides? If I publish the final result to a video format like mp4, will I lose all interactivity?
