Videos in Adobe Captivate 2019 Resources

Hello, many of the videos I'm trying to watch in the Resources tab/section (508 compliance, many others) take me to a site that says the video is unavailable. Where are the working resources located? Or will they be fixed so I can view from that area?

    Can you insert a screenshot of what you mean: Resources tab/section?  Is this in Captivate editing environment? Here in the Adobe forums? In the eLearning community?
