Videos in captivate

Hi there - I created video in mp4 format and inserted this into a Captivate project.  Once the slide hits the video an icon will spin for a bit, then the video plays.  What can I do so it plays seamlessly.

    Thanks for the response..would posting it on vimeo be considered a streaming service?

    Best is a real streaming service, but it is worthwhile to try out on Vimeo to see if it solves the problem.

    Embedded video will indeed have to load when entering the video slide. To avoid this, you would need to stream the video instead of embedding it.
