Videos not playing well on iPad

I am using Captivate 8 and am doing a responsive project.

When inserting an event video with video controller, I can display it on ipad but when jumping to another slide, I still have a black frame where the video was before. not always happens but in 80% yes.

What can I do to avoid this? I tried fading out the video when leaving the slide, but the video itself doesn't seem to be the problem. Don't know where this black frame is coming from, seems to be behind the video.
