Videos replay 2-5 times before slide advances when published in html5

Hello,

I have short mp4 videos in a captivate 6 project.  When the project is advanced to the video slides, the video replays itself 2-5 times before it advances to the next slide.  This only happens in html 5 output and not swf.  I need the project to work on iPads otherwise I would just publish as a swf.  It has different degrees of malfunctioning in different browsers. Chrome is worst, then Safari, then IE.  Also, the malfunction isn't consistent.  The number of times it replays isn't always the same and it happens on random videos within the project.  When the project is closed and played again, the number of replays and the videos where it occurs is different.  I've looked through the forums and have seen other issues with the videos in html 5, but haven't seen a solution.  Can anyone help?  I can share the project if it helps.
