Question

Viewing a Presenter content published at Captivate prime

None of the contents i have published from presenter 11 to the Captivate prime LMS can be viewed from any browser.

They start the browser (Chrome or IE), but the content is not displayed.

Anyone here already have the same problem?

just let you know that i have already go to the site Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Global Security Settings panel , give permission to the C: drive. Before that i couldn´t see the published course in both browsers. Now, after doing this i can see but those problems i have related in the first message still persist.

Hi Jurandyr,

When you publish via HTML5/SWF, Adobe Captivate Prime renders the HTML5 output.

Now since you published via MS PP 2016, it could be that is not working since we already have an ongoing Presenter 11 compatibility issue with Office 2016. I have sent you a hotfix for the same separately to your mail box. Kindly check that and update.

Hi Zeeshan,

I am trying to publish in swf/html mode and i have already tried with MS PP 2016 and 2013. Now i am using the 2013 version,

Other strange points with the Adobe Presenter 11:

Iam trying to publish localy in SWF and some features are not function well, as the WEB objects and swf files. These both i am in trouble publishing in IE and Chrome.

The other problem is with de Youtube object. in this case i am having troubles just in IE; In Chrome its perfect running..

Hi Jurandyr,

Kindly provide below details:

Are you uploading the SWF/HTML5 content?

What is the Power Point version you are using?

Is the published output working locally on your machine?

Also it will be great if you could share the sample published output of a project with me (zhussain@adobe.com) using drop box or google drive.
