Viewing HTML5 on iOS

I developed a few very complex captivate drag and drop interactions. They work flawless on PC and android devices, when using on an iPad it loads very slow, lags and crashes during some points. Is there a specific reason that this would be happening on an iPad. The projects are blank projects, I converted one as a responsive project but it did not work at all.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
