Viewing LMS project using an IPAD

Hi,

 

My employer requires IPADs to be used by learners to complete eLearning on our LMS. The eLearning works perfectly on the laptop but on the IPAD I'm having quite a few issues, timeline is out out of sync on the IPAD and there's quite a bit of glitching. Just wondering if anyone has encountered issues on the IPAD and what they did to rectify the issues.

    More details are needed. Which version do you use? Full version number can be found under Help, About Captivate. Are you talking about responsive or non-responsive courses?

     

    Which browser is used on the iPads. Safari probably and that is for sure not the best browser for interactive courses.

    Do you have lot of audio/video? Never use audio on the first slide of the course, and keep the static login screen to force a first click by the user. 

    If you gave details both about the glitches and the setup of the course, maybe it may be easier to give you better recommendation.
