Vimeo Films in Captivate 2019 cutting out

Hi,

 

I am using vimeo films with my captivate course, however when i publish it and view it for the first time the video cuts out 10/15 seconds before the end.  If I go back and watch the slide again it works perfectly, any idea why?

Is the video buffering before it starts to play?

Could you explain how you are displaying the video and how your timeline is set up in detail?

Hi Apologies for the delay, 

 

There is no buffering at the start.  

 

The video is set up as an interactive video and is the only thing that appear on the timeline.  I havent added any overlay slides or bookmarks.  I just want it to play the video.
