Virtual Desktop Issues in Captivate 6

Does anyone know why virtual desktop users have issues with audio being dropped on some slides and not others and why some of the backgrounds don't show up?   Those not using VDI have no issues with this.  Tried publishing as html and it doesn't seem to help.

Do you see the dropped audio on the slide's timeline? If yes, you can try increase the volume from there. If the audio is not visible in the timeline, you can check the library and add it to the slide.

With virtual desktops, I have noticed (intermittently) that the Captivate needs a couple of seconds to capture the screen on which the action is being performed. In such scenarios, as a best practice, I go slow while recording and/ or force-capture some screens manually by using Print Screen key.

In your case, since the demo is already captured, you probably have to recapture those missing slides or create the backgrounds of missing slides using the backgrounds of existing slides and editing them in an image editor. (I would love to be proved wrong on this one and hope someone else comes up with a better solution.)
