'Virtual Reality Project' button

Hi

I am running Adobe Captivate 2019 Release 11.01.266.

(Windows 10 Home version 1803 - 64bit, 8GB of RAM)

When I create a 'Virtual Reality Project', the 'dots' slide duly opens with the grey '+ Add 360 Image / Video' button in the middle.

However, when I click this button, nothing happens?

Anyone else had this issue?

Cheers,

John

    Thanks for the kind reply.

I tried this procedure and I saw the 'Your browser supports WebGL' text and the spinning cube.

Just tried to create a VR Project again and the 'Add 360 Image/Video' button still appears in the centre of the screen, but nothing happens when I click it (other than the button showing the depressed effect), i.e. no dialog boxes open.

Not sure why this is happening?
