vista Print and End Key

I have done some research and I know I am not the only one with this problem. I just put Captivate on Vista to record some training only to discover the Print Key and End key do not work. Noting happens. I even try assigning the task to other keys and nothing happens.

Has anyone had this problem and found a fix please e-mail me.

    I am evaluating Captivate 4 on Windows Vista. I have removed the aero feature and have been pouring over features. I have tried assigning other keys, to no avail. The auto capture won't capture menu's and screens and the manual feature won't work for me.
