Voice narration will not play unless project is replayed

Hi all

Hoping you guys can help me. My project has voice narration on each slide but when I preview my project I am not getting any sound unless I replay the project. I was told to use a preloader so I tried using my company logo but no luck. I even tried use on of the preloaders that comes with captivate but it does show. Neither my company logo or any of the default loaders will show, it goes straight into the project and still no voice narration unless I replay the project

Can anyone please help me figure out what the problem is? Thanks
