Voiceover Cutout Adobe 9 Problem

Hi

I'm just researching on google to find a solution to fix the sound export issues with Captivate 9 as our voiceover randomly cuts out half way through on certain sections. It seems that there is a patch for Captivate 8 but not Captivate 9 can anyone help me with a fix for Captivate 9 sound issue please?

We have tested thoroughly and located that the problem is definitely occurring when we export the module.

Hi,I am also having the same issue. I created a case study and recorded character interaction voice over. The recording was doneusing Captivate 9 audio recording. The narration works fine after recording. However, when I "Preview"the module, the voiceover randomly cuts out. This only happens in preview mode.Did you find a fix for this problem?Thanks!
