VR hotspot action for play video missing

Hello,

 

I am new to captivate 2019 and having issues with the VR hotspot actions.

I would like to be able to place a hotspot on the 360 image and attach an action to play video.

When i open the action pane there isnt the video option listed.

 

Can anyone advise please?

I suspect you are still on version 11.0. The option for video appeared with version 11.5. Please update your version. You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate.
