VR video project - Question hotspot not working

Hi

I created a VR project using 360 video. Within the project, I added a Question hotspot with a multichoice question.

The project works as intended in the beginning - the video started, the Question hotspot appears after a few seconds and the video stops. I click on the hotspot icon, the question popped up, I choose the correct answer and hit the submit button. The video then continues but after 2 secs stops - the Question hotspot illuminates again as if asking me to click on it again, but it already has a green tick next to it (as I already answered correctly). 

There is a navigation at the bottom of the window in which I can click 'Play' and the video resumes again but I do not like it. I would like the video to just continue after I hit the submit button the first time.  

Has anyone else encouter this and can share how to solve this? Many thanks.

    This is probably NOT what you want to hear but I think it needs to be said that Captivate's 360 virtual project functionality is really still quite limited.  You do not really have a lot of options to overcome issues like the one you mention.

     

    If you started this project as a 360 project then you can only add 360 slides an any quiz questions must be attached to those slides.  Furthermore, unlike normal quiz slides where you can choose from a number of On Success or On Last Attempt actions, with 360 quiz questions those options are greyed out.

     

    I would suggest you consider starting this as a normal blank project and add 360 slides to that.  Then break your video up into separate clips inserted as Slide videos with normal quiz slides inserted between each video clip slide.  That way you will have more options to control the type of issue you've encountered.

      Thanks Rod. I did notice a lot of the features were greyed out. I will try to do as you suggested. In the meantime, keen to hear other's experience too and any workaround.

      I didn't experience the same problem with questions attached to a hotspot. Although I agree with Rod that inserting question slides in between 360 slides offers more types of questions and layout features, that will change the situation completely, since the VR will need to be separate from the question slides. 

      How did you set up the hotspot questions exactly?
