Want to launch project in seperate Browser window from a hyperlink in Sharepoint..

I remember a long time ago I used a setting that allowed me to publish a html file that opened in a separate browser window. When I create a project I usually allow people to access it through a hyperlink in sharepoint. I don't want it to close the sharepoint window when I close the project. Any suggestions?

When you configure the Open URL or File action, look just to the right on the Captivate UI for a small drop down menu that allows you to specify whether the URL or File should open in the current window or a NEW window.  Current window is the default.  But you want it to be a NEW window.

Isn't that for when you want to open another file while a project is running? I want a project to open in another window when it originally launches
