Question

Wav and SWF disconnect (CP6)

Problem from a coworker -

Scenario:  A live software demonstration is taped with simultaneous audio narration.  SWF files and audio files (both WAV and MP4 behave the same) are exported and imported into a template.  Audio is attached to the SWF in some attempts and is separate in other attempts.  When previewed SWF, WAV and MP4 work fine.

Problem:  When the Captivate 6 project is published the audio runs as expected but the SWF file runs about 20 seconds behind.  Any suggestions?

Hi,

Did you add the Vidoe on slide as Event Video or MultiSlide Synchronize Video?

Can youy try to split the Audio and Viode across several slides and republish. Let me know the lag is still 20 seconds on viewing it locally.

Thanks,

Anjaneai
