We are building training courses to support a business application that will run a specialized Android devices that are locked down to run one specific business application. The devices will not include a browser. We are loading the individual courses as APKs. We need a method of navigating between the courses without a browser. Can we build one course that serves as the navigation and calls the other courses? Can we get to each individual course and then back to the menu? We also need to get from the courses back to the original business application. Again, the devices is locked down and users will not have access to a browser or the standard Android desktop. Our developers can build something in javascript or the Android "Intent" language, if necessary. But it would help to have some consultation from a Captivate developer who knows how the Captivate courses are compiled for mobile devices.

I'm inclined to say that you may get the specific response you're looking for, but this looks like a question for an Android forum to me!

Key factors are: Single OS, Locked down to a single App, loaded as APK's.

As far as I know, the output from Captivate is either SWF/Flash based or HTML5. Either format uses an HTML file to load the content, without a browser, I just don't see how that can work at all!

You could create an app.
