Web embedded video - plays on desktop but not on mobile device

Hi,

I've designed a course that has videos created by me and a video linked from the web to YouTube. I previewed the course in Captivate on Desktop and Mobile (Tablet as well but it doesn't show navigation buttons so I have paused on figuring out that issue!). I tested the course in SCORM Cloud - all is good. I published the course (SCORM 1.2) and it's now in our LMS. Functionality on desktop is great - all as expected. On mobile, however, when I get to the sllide with the embedded YouTueb video - I see the video and the PLAY button, but there's no interacting with it. I can't proceed to watch the video and because moving ahead is contingent on this step - I'm unable to progress and complete the course!!

Anyone know where to even begin to look for the issue and determine a solution?

I did a quick test and didn't experience any issues. Do you have your own play button; or the standard Captivate playbar? Are you able to navigate to the same video URL on the phone you are testing (e.g. is there anything possibly blocking you from accessing some sites/URLs on your mobile device)?
