Webcam is Busy on Mac

Hi there! Would anyone have any idea why when I go to use the Video Demo feature on my Captivate 2019 the message "WebCam is busy" appears? This is my internal Mac Camera and all permissions are on. At this point, I'm just wondering if this Video Demo feature doesn't work with Mac? Captivate is upgrated to the newest version and I'm on MacOS Catalina.
