Webfonts and Captivate 9

Question

I know, this topic seems to be widely discussed and there are a lot of solutions out there. But I still have a problem with the html-output of my Captivate 9 - Projects.

I used the method mentioned in the tutorial here.

Everything works just fine, the method works for the ElegantFont like a charm. The Icons are displayed even on Systems where the ElegantFont is not installed. Like it was said in the tutorial. But the Roboto-Font I use isn't displayed. Times New Roman everywhere allthough I integrated it the same way I did with the ElegantFont. Only when I use the CSS-Hammer:

* { font-family: "Roboto-Light";}

than the font is displayed correctly. But, quite obviously, the Icons of the iconfont disappear. Any help would be highly appreciated!

I've done some experimentation with this method and while I've had some success, I have found it extremely cumbersome to prepare all the possible file types. I've had much more success using this process which I've documented in one of my video tutorials.

The method, which is based on an article by Steven Warwick, using Google fonts, requires no font files installed in your eLearning project. Incidentally, if they are the same fonts in question, it seems both fonts are available from Google so this should work like a charm for you.
