webobject wont scroll

Hi

I have created a simple webpage with some text.

I have imported this into captivate as a zip file. I resize the webobject so that the scrolbar appear.
Everything look as it should but for some reason I cant use the scrollbar of the webobject.
When I open the html file in a browser it behave perfect but not inside captivate.

I tried the built in scroll text widget. 

Same thing. Scrolbar not working.

SItting in window and running in edge.

Any ideas whats up?
