I have tried to subscribe to Captivate here in Colombia (Subscription Subscribe forUS$29.99/mo) but this message always comes up- Purchase Unavailable This product isn't available for purchase in your country or region (Colombia).

Is there a specific webpage to pay and download here in Colombia?
