What causes the skipping of the audio, specifically background music, once the Captivate is published?

I published a project using Captivate 7.  I included narration and background music to run simultaneously.  On some of the frames music hiccups on others the volume of the narration varies.  I used the installed neo-speech voice for narration.

I'm a newbie to Captivate.
