What could cause the sound to not play on a slide while watching the movie?

I realize this is more than likely not a Captivate 6 issue - however I am at a loss. I am playing a movie off our internal website - on IE7 - with Flash 11, and the sound will play on some slides and not others - but if you go back and restart the slide that had no voice, the voice then plays. Any ideas are welcome.

Hi Would it skip audio when you jump to a slide and use playbar to move ahead or would that do when you let it paly in sequence.

Can you check if your Preloader is set to 100 and then republish?

Also try with a different browser and compare results.

It would just not play the audio - then if I moved to the next slide, then went back a slide it would work. It plays on some PCs - but not others - which makes it even more strange. I've never messed with the Preloader - but will check that out too.
